However they aren't usually White. There is the possibility that the arrested individual was the only attacker. A truck bomb only takes one person, the camp is close to Oslo, and its easy to stay under the radar. As I'm typing there is a correspondent mentioning the far-right/neo nazis in Norway. Although still more likely to be Muslim extremist related. The message said the attack was a response to Norwegian forces' presence in Afghanistan and to unspecified insults to the Prophet Muhammad. "We have warned since the Stockholm raid of more operations," the group said, apparently referred to a bombing in Sweden in December 2010, according to Mr McCants' translation. "What you see is only the beginning, and there is more to come." The claim could not be confirmed. Some reports of witnesses seeing a suspicious policeman driving away in a civilian car from the bomb site not long before the attack, and they found bomb in a car that possibly belongs to the shooter dressed as a policeman at Ut?ya. I guess a right-wing nut, if some of the rumors are true. Most likely the same person, and considering the time and date of the explosion (summer vacation and after office hours) the bomb seems unlikely to be the main target, meaning the youth camp was his primary target.
