Touchscreen Monitor as HTPC Control Center and output content to LCDTV

Hi ya fellow Neowin.

Anyone know or can suggest a media software that can do the job?

I want to set up touchscreen monitor as a control center for my media. Need a media software that can display my media file items (Picture/Video/Audio) on my touchscreen monitor and output the media content onto my LCDTV once the media item is selected.

To put in simple term I want my touchscreen to act as a external playlist.

XBMC, you run XBMC on your TV screen and use the web-interface on your touch screen to choose the content. It's the best I found so far as I've also been looking out for this type of setup.
