This is such BS. I bet you also believe in love at first sight and also that you can love only once in your life.

Of course I don't agree that one can only love once in their life; that would be a stupid thing to believe. I do, however, believe the fact that no one can choose who they are attracted to; that's common sense. Why do you think so many people get depressed because of their same-sex attractions? What about those who have committed suicide merely because they're gay? What about those who become depressed for years after someone they love leaves them? All of these people cannot all of a sudden stop feeling for the people they feel for; they can get over these people by accepting that they cannot be with them, and people's feelings can change over time (usually as the people change), but they cannot flatout decide "I am no longer going to be attracted to this person." Doing so is impossible. Logic and common sense both tell one that.

Njlouch thinks its natural to be attracted to animals, children and your own spawn. You heard it here first.

If you look at the animal world for examples, he has a valid point. By natural, he means that it occurs in nature, without being caused by any external influences. Many consider bestiality to be wrong, even more consider incest to be wrong, and by far the great majority consider pedophilia to be wrong. I agree with those viewpoints.

However, they've always existed and there have been plenty of periods throughout history where such practices were accepted just as much as they're now rejected. But society and morals constantly change and now they're not acceptable. But they still occur naturally.

I am no paedophile, but I am presenting logic and common sense in the following reply:

Of course being attracted to the organisms you mention is natural. All attraction is natural. Paedophiles cannot choose not to be attracted to children; they can only choose not to act upon those attractions. Of course, just because something is natural, it doesn't mean everyone has to be attracted to the same type of organisms; some people are paedophiles, many are not; some people are gay, many are not; some people are heterosexual, many are not; etc.

It's also obvious it's natural because attraction is a natural feeling. No one can choose who they are attracted to, and they cannot change who they are attracted to; thus, it's natural. It's ridiculous that some people actually try to assert it isn't natural when considering that; they're either not thinking about it properly, or they're unintelligent.

The reason why is because of the bible and the Christians believe every word in the bible.

I believe that bisexuality exists only from a sexual point of view, as opposed to homosexuality, where you also have feelings. And this is only because of curiosity. Also, going forward with this "bisexual" thing depends on how the first experience was. Many people have curiosities about having some form of sex with partners of the same genre, but very few admit it or actually try it.

bisexuals means you like man and women bicurious means you are exploring.

Let's say a man is attracted to his dog and he'd like to have sex with it every night. Is that natural?

How about a man who is attracted to his neighbor's 9 year old daughter? Is that natural?

Even better, how about a man who is attracted to his own daughter? Is that natural?

It's all attraction is it not?

njlouch replied to this with reason and logic, and I have further responded to your response to his reply, but I thought I'd reply to you anyway: Yes, all of that attraction is natural; acting upon those attractions might not be deemed moral by a lot of people though, including me.

As a child I used to play with puzzles. Each piece has and fits it's own place.

Later in my life I started wondering about my penis, why do I have it and where does it fit in? And I learnt it had it's own place. And that wasn't a guy's anus.

So what about straight couples who like anal sex?

What about oral sex? Since using your logic, the place for the penis is not someone's mouth.

Are you actually comparing homosexuality to bestiality, paedophilia and incest?

Way to prove you have pretty much no argument at all.

And yes, all are natural. You know why? Because they happen in nature. As someone else said, a paedophile does not choose to be attracted to kids. They just are. Etc etc.

The reason why is because of the bible and the Christians believe every word in the bible.

That is a good point; a lot of people will follow what the Bible says even if that value is immoral or doesn't make sense.

Many bisexual people have emotional feelings toward people of both genders. I personally much prefer females to males, but one of my female friends feels she likes both genders equally.

Did you also wonder where your lips fit, and then realise the truth, that your lips interlock well with both females and males? What about when you realised that your mouth fits round another male's penis exceptionally well? Remember, sexuality isn't just about intercourse. There you go, your theory about where body parts belong meaning homosexuality is wrong debunked right there. Good day to you now you've realised you should be bisexual :)

My lips? They're not for kissing. Kissing is not natural. It's something humans invented. And it was appreciated by everyone. Analogy is wrong thus you have debunked nothing.

You can never use logic to understand human feelings. They are not logical. Certain people go to great heights because they are attracted to someone. I don't, I use my common sense that it could be for e.g. dangerous for me to try be with that person. Some people don't care. Some do. You're probably right that you can't choose who you are attracted too. But you can choose not to be attracted to someone by avoiding and moving on.

That's just using your penis to have fun for yourself. But we all know the main reason we have it. I don't understand why homosexuals go against their own body characteristics, they were made to reproduce with women. But they refuse to. Waste of semen, really.

Nope. Homosexuals have been nothing but kind to me. I would say it's overall a pleasant experience dealing with them. They keep their issues to themselves.

Then how you arrived at your current position is certainly a mystery. Religion? Some clash with a homosexual boss?

If you believe, and you did state, that mental disorders cause homosexuality, there are people out there without mental disorders and being gay (my friends and others here). I fail to see why you stick to your belief when the evidence to the contrary is well presented.

No. Having fun for yourself is masturbation. I am talking about oral sex. Putting your penis into someones mouth. According to your logic, since "normal" sex has nothing to do with the mouth, then anyone who engages in such action is "abnormal".

And reproduction has nothing at all to do with it.

What about sexual acts where reproduction is not possible (like oral sex).

What about couples who cannot have children?

What about couples who do not want children?

Is that a "waste of semen" too?

Atheist and I've had 1 homosexual office manager who had nothing but good things to say about me.

I've been showing studies that show that homosexuality directly correlates with mental disorder but you keep choosing to say that homophobes cause mental disorders yet the studies clearly state that even progressive countries mirror the non-progressive countries in the incidence of homosexuals with mental disorders, yet you continue to deny any evidence exists.

You are confusing sex and sexuality. I dont want to sound like a cliche but i have gay friends and they are "straight acting" and the only way you could tell that they were gay is if you caught them munching ****, some gays are defined by their sexual preference, most arent.

Njlouch thinks its natural to be attracted to animals, children and your own spawn. You heard it here first.

Aha, you have fallen straight into it haven't you? So ridiculously blind as to what you are saying that you run straight ahead into any argument without understanding a damned thing. What a shame...

I said the attraction is natural - it's a natural response to the natural stimulus.

However?

Did I say I felt such attractions? No, I did not.

Did I say that I condoned those who may act upon such attractions? No I did not.

That would be a debate about ethics, not one about nature.

It's a real shame that you cannot actually read what is written without twisting (completely changing) it to suit your own agenda. I believe you already know you are losing this argument, else you'd not have to stoop to such tactics.

I feel my point now is made :)

Why are homophobes so obsessed with bestiality and pedophilia and incest? Sure does sound like you're hiding something from us ;)

I have noticed this. A stock homophobic argument is "let's liken the fact that an adult human likes another adult human to a human liking an animal or child"...

It does grow weary, seeing them roll out their same flawed bull ****!

My point didn't involve homosexuals. I made that point to counter the person who said "all attraction is natural".

Selective reading much?

Stop feeding the troll guys.

People as ignorant as Worthington will probably never realise how ignorant they are. He will continue believing what he does, and he is perfectly entitled to do so.

I know it's frustrating when he posts his invalid, ignorant and somewhat offensive beliefs in the forum, but it's probably best if we just ignore them and continue to have an intelligent discussion.

So when I say that I reject homosexuality, they should just accept it, right? It's all just subjective morals at the end of the day, right?

Why then do I see people being called bigots for it?
