Anybody else thinks there is very, very limited customization, when it comes to choosing the hair of Female Shepard.

I hate to say it, but Ashley looks better than mine. :jealous:

Seriously, they should've given us more of these styles :s

I just feel the indoctrination theory is a bit of a cop out. It basically just explains things in a way so that the endings didn't happen. Also, why would Shepard only now become indoctrinated? He's spent plenty of time around Reapers and Reaper tech to end up indoctrinated in some form, heck he may have even been remade using reaper tech (since Cerberus had Reaper tech based on the videos you find in their facilities in 3).

Also, indoctrination makes no sense based on the fact that the Illusive Man couldn't control the Reapers seeing as he was already being controlled. So if Shepard was in fact indoctrinated why would he be able to go through the choice? Wouldn't he be no different than the Illusive Man? If that doesn't matter why would the Catalyst even mention it?

But that wasn't the real Illusive Man, as the video explained that was the part of Shepard's mine that had already been indoctrinated. The indoctrination can also take a long time to take hold and it does explain that he has spent a great deal of time around that type of stuff so it would be shocking if he wasn't being slowly indoctrinated. This whole sequence is the final push of the Reapers trying to take over Shepard and picking the red choice is the only way to beat them as it is the only choice to show Shepard could be alive afterwards, with his body being where it should have been during that final push to the beam.

Save for the fact that all choices lead to the same after credits ending, which means all choices defeat the Reapers.

But not all show Shepard alive, the other things are how he pictures everything happens in his mind. Otherwise the crewmates on earth ending up on the Normandy make no sense unless that is who he pictures getting away.

Don't give EA ideas. Or they'll try to sell us Barbers and Coiffeuses DLC for $9.99 (or 800 Microsoft points) :D

Or asari "tentacles" *cough*

I might see later if it's possible to hax different hair on Shepard using Save Editor. Just as "Sexy" hairstyle of some NPCs can be added in ME2, it probably just needs the corresponding mesh ID. I think Unreal Model Viewer could help me with finding those IDs :ermm:

Possibly because the other two choices were mentioned to kill him? And regardless it makes no sense they are on the Normandy cause you see their bodies lying on the ground when you walk up to the Beam after being knocked out. So even while you are dreaming they should still be there, with you on the ground. If it really was a dream then things still don't add up.

I want to change my final rating now. My review is incomplete

BioWare, as it seems, if they intended it to be like this, is pure, pure genius.

they didn't. From all of bioware's responses to this so far, its clear they just half-assed the ending.

I played about an hour of MP and got to level 12. This raised my EMS(effective military strength) when I loaded my saved game from about 3500 to about 4300. 4000 EMS is what is needed to see the ending where Shepard takes a breath at the end and if you did most of the side quests/missions, you should have 3500 something EMS when you attack the Illusive Mans base. So apparently the MP effects any saved game which is cool. I have my 1st and 2nd run thru saved before I attacked the Illusive Mans base with everything done. So shouldnt take me long to finish the game a couple more times. :)

Thats the thing that puts me off.

Why do we need the multiplayer to see that last scene? :s

It souldn't be like this.

The EMS should depend upon the side-quests and such. NOT on the multiplayer.

Ok. Hair mesh swap doesn't seem possible :/

At least not that easily. One can just walk into the Save Editor and change Hair Mesh ID to another(*), like that of Ash or Jack, but the result is a clusterfk. Could be due to newly-added hair physics, because the clusterfk changes when Shepard moves. I'm not haxor enough to dig deeper at this point.

I assume you already know where to get Gibbed's editor, how to use it and have backups of your save games. <- MAKE THEM.

Open gibbed's, find Player -> GAWAsset -> then you can choose an ID, like say 186 which is Allers and edit her Strength which is her value in the campaign. Put something laughable like 10000 as her strength. Save, Exit, Load Save.

Laugh at your newly found POWER!

Will Origin see this as a problem?

no they only have a problem if you modify the multiplayer side of the game.

Is there a way to get the Lizard people to help us? By not curing the genophage?

I know that's what I'd do any way. They have been bearing it for a long time, past 1647 years, but it would be interesting to know what happens if we don't cure it. How things turn up. Is there a way?

Don't reveal the shroud sabotage, if Eve and Wrex are dead you can convince Mordin to fake his death and he goes and helps with the Crucible.

The cure fails, everyone except for the Salarians think it works. Everyone's happy

..or, you can hide the sabotage, and shoot Mordin.

The cure fails, everyone except for the Salarians think it's worked. Eveyone's happy.

Reveal the sabotage, the cure works.

Only the Krogan are happy, the Salarians are 'disapointed' and everyone else is worried about what the Krogan are going to do after the Reaper war ..unless Eve survives

So really, if you have Wreave in charge, and didn't save Maelons data from ME2. Making sure the cure fails shouldbe the ONLY decision you should make
