This is the first theme I think that really goes with the feel of XP, yet is different enough from Luna to differentiate itself. Only thing I recommend changing is the tick boxes when highlighted they are too fat (maybe by a pixel or two) and the check marks as well. Very nicely done. Like faded by the time or something like that.
