Elliot B.
I am using: iTunes 10.5.3.3 Windows 7 x64 SP1 iPhone 4S with iOS 5.0.1 (stuck on screen with iTunes logo with the arrow and the USB cable) When I plug the iPhone in, iTunes does not detect it. There are two entries in Device Manager with errors, both devices are called "Apple Mobile Device (Recovery Mode)" I have pointed to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers but Windows can not find the drivers in there. Within that folder exists the following: usbaapl64.cat usbaapl64.inf usbaapl64.sys usbaaplrc.dll I have tried repairing and uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes. Any ideas? junaidi 1 Share Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1053161-no-driver-for-apple-mobile-device-recovery-mode/ Share on other sites
Ambroos
Try a different USB port, helps from time to time. If THAT doesn't work there is either something wrong with the USB cable or with the Windows install.
