I'm logged into technet and ready for the downloading to begin. Sux i'm at work though vs home, lol. My home network is faster than work (same ISP). Got 30Mbps at work and at home is 50Mbps (but jumps to 60Mbps sometimes).

While I'm sure I wont need technet, i'll just get it from the first link available anyways :)

As far as I can tell from Googling, a .esd file is NOT a disc image. Not sure if it needs to be renamed or anything but I'm not downloading 2 GB to find out

I guess no point in downloading it. It contains actually a WIM image but is compressed by some new compression technology.
