My biggest problem is the waste of space for the title bar. Download manager, back/forward buttons, large space at top of window (something I'm not fond of) popup blocker, and dashboard/sidebar. Note: this is not how I normally run MSN - I have the huge icons turned off, and the dashboard at the side of my desktop, not in each window. Longhorn is not XPSE.
