Most likely you will need to change the icon stored in MozillaFirebird.exe.

At least that's how I changed mine.

yes but it doesn't shows up on the start menu tho. and btw, d'you know where to get the gant theme with no strip lines? :D

Tools>Folder Options>Filetypes. Change the icon for html, htm, shtml, etc icons to whatever you want.

And you'll probably need to get that icon changed in the start menu by either removing from there or rebuilding your icon cache....maybe...I'm not exactly sure.
