Try this one on for size: I installed MS Office 97 Pro SR-1....fresh load of Windows 2000 SP4 with all updates as of 10/14/2003. Double-click the MS Access shortcut on the start menu and this is what happens. Any Ideas??? Thanks in advance. If it doesn't work reinstall your OS (it's tough to get to work if the Microsoft patch doesn't do the job). But, since Access 97 is 7 years old and 4 versions behind, you should upgrade. It's a company PC/Office license.....97 does what they need to do, so they refuse to upgrade......I'm checking the MS database for help as well.
