Dev Channel Update

The Dev channel has been updated to 22.0.1201.0 for Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame. This build has an update version of V8 (3.12.9.0) along with the following changes in the svn log.

Please note, on Mac we now require 10.6 or higher, and this release will not be available if you are on 10.5 or lower. You can find out how to change to the Dev channel, or any channel, on chromium.org. If you find a new issue with this release, please shoot us a bug report.

anyone else having a crazy flicker on the top right of the screen when viewing youtube or other flash type videos?

yup.. have that issue but its random so far for me.

Dev Channel Update

The Dev channel has been updated to 22.0.1207.1 for Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame. This release contains the following changes:

All Platforms

Windows

  • Fix new installation suffix in [r146217]. Users who installed dev-channel from scratch (i.e. not updating from stable/beta) between July 9th and July 16th might have two Google Chromes show up in ?Default Programs? (uninstalling/reinstalling will fix this).

At last rendering bug causing Neowin search button to look messed up is fixed (partially) since text in it is still look above than normal center..

I am using Chromium 22.0.1211.0 (Build 147224)..

The Pepper Flash Player Plugin has been turned on by default on Mac OSX.

Note: At the moment the update push for the Windows build has been halted due to a bug. Workaround: Install it from https://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?extra=devchannel.

The update issues with the Windows build have been resolved in version 22.0.1215.3. No post on the Chrome Releases blog about the change though.

New stuff which in my opinion is real gem feature and easily accessible.. BTW I am on Chromium 22 snapshot..

thats a nice feature... i reverted back to stable due to the screen flicker issues. it got worse.

will go to dev again once that is fixed.

Dev Channel Update

The Dev channel has been updated to 22.0.1221.0 for Windows and Mac. This update has an updated version of V8 (3.12.16.0) along with other improvements. A complete log of what changed can be found in the svn revision log. Instructions and download links for our different release channels are available on the Chromium wiki. If you find what you think is a new bug, please file it in our issue tracker.

hey meph, can you start putting these updates in the Meet Chrome Next thread? it was created recently to help keep things centralized for the chrome releases similar to the meet firefox next thread, and this way a new thread doesn't need to be created every time the main version number jumps
