Chromium updated to 23 with this introduction..

According to the birthday paradox, in a group of 23 (or more) randomly chosen people, the probability is more than 50% that some pair of them will have the same birthday. 23 is the width of the Arecibo message, sent to space in search for extraterrestrial intelligence. The 23 enigma refers to the belief that most incidents and events are directly connected to the number 23.

All of these changes, yet they still can't produce a change that countless users have been clamoring for since 2009: an option to auto-close or remove the download bar that intrusively pops up after every single download in the browser.

Chrome needs a better download manager. The browser has evolved over the years but the download manager has not. An option to run downloads instead of saving them would also be nice.

I disagree. The tabs in Chrome are very simple, minimalist and efficient. I really don't like the angular tabs...

You know you don't really have to state whether you agree or disagree in an opinion piece. Or you shouldn't have to if it is well written.
