Meet the browser: Chrome Next

Recommended Posts

Either I'm seeing things or Chrome 43.0.2357.18 now only loads tabs when you click on them after restarting the browser.

You're quite right. It does for me, too.

By the way, is anybody keeping track of the interface overhaul? I can't find the ticket on the bug tracker anymore, but I'm really curious to see if any progress has been made...

As a heads up, all of the pinned Browser next related threads were renamed to Meet the browser: <name> Next so that they might appeal to the average joe a bit better.

and why hasn't Chrome sorted the bookmarks menu yet? :| I might be going crazy but I'm sure it has recently moved down the settings menu a bit, or menu options were added above it.

Any decent bookmark extensions welcomed :)

Bookmarks are missing from Spartan too.

Maybe they try to be innovative.

P.S:A little out of the range, but, can you, please, unblock me from your mail?

Why not the Opera thread?

Chrome is slowest browser on ATOM surface.

It really needs to go back to it's 2009 roots as an ultra lightweight browser :-(

... peacekeeper benchmark shows this on an i7 where it is faster but slower on an ATOM

Is it me only or Text selection gone wonky in Chromium 45?

Yes, it has. So has the LastPass extension if you have Google Authentication enabled for it.

Only these extensions, I have. Which could be culprit?

- Adblock Plus Development Build

- Dashlane

- HTTPS Everywhere

- Don't track me Google
