Read what the link says - it clearly states that 11.3.300.268 is the latest version.

im confused , .270 is the latest version, i have it installed on my PCs ... the title of this forum post is the announcment of .270 so i dont really understand what youre trying to say .. i was asking if this is a windows only update

I can't wait for the time I won't have to install and use Flash anymore, shouldn't be long now I hope.

Many browsers still do not support HTML5/h264/MP3

Flash will stay until the browsers catch up.
