Then you should have imported/exported your email accounts settings before you format/reinstall Windows.

In case you don't know, there is no easy way to do that with Outlook 2010

Sure there is, because I'm doing that at our school. I don't have it installed here at home, but I can post directions later.

Google is your friend ... There is a way to do that.

Ah, farmeunit beat me to it.

I said there is no easy way to do it meaning there is no native function for it in Outlook 2010

I understand that but it was easy to me because I am an advanced user. I know what I am doing. I know how to backup and put stuff back in after fresh windows installation.

Right now, I am using Outlook 2013 since I got Office 2013 not long ago. I look forward to the final version as soon as it comes out.

I have been taking care of my computers since day 1 with my first computer in 90's.. my 866MHz computer boots up to windows quicker than my friend's 1GHz computer... which he is a basic user. He couldn't believe how fast my computer goes. I still have my 866MHz computer here... it runs fine as long as it is being used for internet surfing, email.... He told everyone in the chatroom that my computer is badass.. because it runs fast.. he wants my computer so badly. I still have an old laptop with huge screen resolution about the same as iMac's resolution.. it is sitting in my closet right now. I am not throwing/giving it away.

All you do is, research, learn, save those documents for next time. I have been repairing the computers for myself and others for many years which is why I am an advanced user/tech.

If you can't find it via Google, then wait for Farmeunit's directions which he mentioned above.
