Duracell powermat charger - need adapters!

Hi All,

Should be a simple one and my google-fu is letting me down. My boss has just given me a Duracell Powermat Charging mat (Model CP-PPS) for me and a colleague who sit next to each other to use, but we need adapters (it's a year or so old, and he bought it for his blackberry). We need a couple of cases/adapters for the Galaxy S3 and Iphone 4 if anyone can turn up a couple of these on t'internet somewhere I'd be extremely grateful.

Hopefully not too expensive as well?
