But i know only two good sites: windows8themes.ms and 7tutorials. And the second one gets updates very rarely.

All other offer just single wallpaper per theme pack. They looks more like SEO spam than like theme.

I will be happy if someone else will start to share good themepacks here too. Maybe you?

A theme could consist of different items. Wallpapers, cursors, icons, sounds, and visual styles.

But the term "Themes" was around long before the term "Visual Styles" anyways.

I can't even remember how far back themes went. Probably even Windows 95/98, XP for sure.

Edit- Yeah, themes were in Win 95 too. I actually remember the Microsoft Plus! addon for Windows 95, which consisted of many things, including "Themes".

I don't know. I think it is better to ask guys from Addictive tips, According to download page, that is their wallpapers.
