its the r3000 i do have an r4000 in Toronto at my Mothers place

what i used to make it

- 2 x Hardwood Look-a-like Floor Tiles

- Crazy Glue

- 2 Old Printer Stands

- 8 Screws

Have NO Prob with heat what so ever since i made it.

I remember my R3220CA would heat up like crazy. I used to just stick bottle caps under each corner to raise it up enough to get some circulation going.

My Rig

AMD a64 3400+ @ 2.67 ( socket 754)

1GB Kingston PC3200

Stock cpu cooling

And the case cost me, ?22 ... And came with a power supply i've been using for 6 months lol.

Sound setup. All speakers in picture are connected together, and sound plays from pc to surround sound, and in reverse:))

Edit: Before u comment that is a 17" monitor on a 14" TV stand:pp

I'm thinking about selling both my R3000 & R4000 series laptops because i want a better one

@RaiderOnline: does the case display many temps or only one temp?

It has 3 thermal diodes inside the case. You can place them in any place u want and then just simply switch between it.
