Too lazy to search.....whats your specs spacy. Nice setup by the way. I have two viewsonic 21inch CRT's, but LCD's sure look nice. Thinking of getting two or three (want to go tri-monitor setup) but for what you get, their a bit expensive and its my understanding that the lamp lifespan isn't that long.

OoooOooo nice setup! Z-5300?! :woot: How are they?

linuxman111: "Finally, LCDs generally have a longer lifespan than CRTs, and don?t need to

be replaced as often. The lifespan of the CRT tube is approximately 10,000

i remember being worried about that too, they are kinda expensive but i think prices are dropping and quality is increasing. i mainly bought them because i wanted reduce strain on my eyes and save space on my desk.

dreams in digital: they're very good for the price i think. i don't listen to music that loud, but from what i hear, ppl say they can be cranked. warning though, the satelite's wires are attached, unlike the z-560s which were able to be seperated or easily exchanged with longer ones. also the wire for the remote is very fat, which is why i sort of hide it away.

But that doesn't make sense spacy. 10000 hours for CRT?? That is only 416 days. Don't think that can be correct.

But those lcd's sure do look nice though.
