Our vanilla 1.7.2 server has really bad block lag, no idea what's causing it.

i think the lag is purely due to world generation and people just running in a straight line or something. It might also have something to do with the hosting.

 

The other servers i play on that are Vanilla 1.7.2 and dont have any issue at all.

Later when/if server goes quiet i'll be uploading the 10k x 10k pre-generated world, should hopefully alleviate some strain.

 

currently there are only 2 users that far out (shadow & zippo) so new generation should be limited :)
