win8 How to change icons so they look like this?

Just saw this screenshot on another page and I wonder how to change icons in Modern UI so I get the same look.

I'm talking about the ones filling the whole tile (game icons).

It was as you said, OblyTile with icons from Windows 8 Tiles.
