"Mail (Microsoft Outlook 15) (32-bit)" stuck in Control Panel

After I uninstalled the x86 preview version of Office 2013 and installed the x64 RTM version this icon got stuck in the control panel.

I couldn't find the .cpl associated with it and I know there are ways to hide it using the registry, but I want it deleted not hidden. Anyone know a solution?
