There is no M2 planned, like recent news said. MP will replace M2. Also IE 10 for Windows 7 is scheduled for Release in the next few days. It sounds way more like a Windows 8.1 with new features and new versions of the apps. Seeing info about IE11 in it and not just something like 10.5 says a lot. UI hasn't changed much. will have a better performance, Kernel gets downsized again lower power consumption Scaling is improved for Metro Apps, will fit to the screensize.
