Internet Radio Tuner

I know that I can do this with a HTPC, but we get our movies from Netflix, Redbox and on Demand so no need for streaming, and Pictures, well...our BluRay can view those through a DLNA server so that is all good. I know I can do a Boxee Box, Roku, or other unit which outputs to the TV for navigation, I don't want that.

I am curious to find out if anyone has had any experience with an internet radio tuner such as the Grace Internet Radio (or any hardware tuner like this):

Are they really worth the money and pretty much future proof (That is if a station's URL changes, you can edit them in the player, or add new stations)? I am thinking about picking one up in the next few months for our new place and want something that will be worthwhile. :)
