Ok, I am using Chrome and every now and then, I get chrome crashing on me. However very seldom. I notice that under taskmanager that according to the number of tabs I have open, the instances of *chrome.exe*32 equals the tabs open.
is there a reason for this first?
I remember long ago asking, probably around the chrome version 14 through 16 timeframe that, this feature of having so many instances is to prevent a bad tab from crashing chrome as a whole.
I get chrome to crash maybe once every 4-6 months.
is it uncommon for all of chrome to crash due to multiple instances?
