Frogboy Administrators Posted November 18, 2003 Administrators Share Posted November 18, 2003 If you've ever wanted to have falling snow flakes on your desktop, try this out: http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?libr...=31&SkinID=2816 I made this this evening using DesktopX. Variously sized snow flakes smoothly falling to the desktop. But here's the kicker: it uses almost no CPU doing it: If you don't have DesktopX, you can get it now, it's a free download at http://www.desktopx.net Hope you like. Bozworthy
thats ****ing cool. That snowman is too much tho, and i'd leave the icons alone, but i fixed it myself no problem so, i guess its a matter if everyone else feels the same way. Frogboy Administrators Posted November 20, 2003 Author Administrators Share Posted November 20, 2003 You can set DesktopX not to hide your icons. My desktop is a bit of a mess right now so I had DX hide my icons and then I just put the snowman on there to have a link back to them. ;)
