it seemed real when she tried to get him to stand up, but yea, the whole smacking him with the little guitar was fake...   had to be, it would have smashed the guiter to pieces, it looksed like foam

 

Guitars only explode into pieces like that when they're used in WWF wrestling.

If I were him I would never speak to her again. At least he can return the ring. Women need to realize if a man has enough courage to get down on 1 knee to ask you to spend the rest of his life with you, you better say yes. Otherwise the whole relationship was never worth his time. I feel sorry for the dude.

Somebody hit me once with a real guitar like that, in an brawl, and that didn't even break, so why would this one break? :p

wow, really?  i'm always so gentle with my regular size acoustic guitar, it just feels like it would break pretty easy smacking against something.

I once saw a guy's marriage proposal end terribly at Farley's once.  He got the entire rooms attention and his girlfriend started saying stuff like "don't do this..." and when he got on his knees I think she was screaming "No" and then she ran out of the restaurant.  The guy sat back down, super bright red, and just huffed for awhile.  I felt really bad for him.
