If I were him I would never speak to her again. At least he can return the ring. Women need to realize if a man has enough courage to get down on 1 knee to ask you to spend the rest of his life with you, you better say yes. Otherwise the whole relationship was never worth his time. I feel sorry for the dude.

Somebody hit me once with a real guitar like that, in an brawl, and that didn't even break, so why would this one break? :p

wow, really?  i'm always so gentle with my regular size acoustic guitar, it just feels like it would break pretty easy smacking against something.

I once saw a guy's marriage proposal end terribly at Farley's once.  He got the entire rooms attention and his girlfriend started saying stuff like "don't do this..." and when he got on his knees I think she was screaming "No" and then she ran out of the restaurant.  The guy sat back down, super bright red, and just huffed for awhile.  I felt really bad for him.

Haha, no not from Ruidoso but you are really close!  I'm in Las Cruces.  That's funny.  Farley's must not be a good spot to purpose.
