Win8-like theme for Win7 with gray instead of blue for selected items, etc?

Hi guys, I would like to change my long lasting win7 theme (soft7 2.0) with a flat one but i really like the grey for selected items, hdd bar, and so on. Is there such a theme?

This one seem to be what i'm looking for except the blue http://mare-m.deviantart.com/art/Windows-8-Release-Preview-Theme-for-Windows-7-312530311 .

 

I would really like to have neutral colors (grey) on it. What is the simplest and quickest way to achieve it? Also, I would like to have ExplorerFrame.dll buttons black/grey aswell.

Have you checked out the Exon theme on Deviantart? It Provides you with exactly what your looking for and is more consistent with Modern UI that neven the default Desktop Windows 8 Theme.
