yudi_lks
Hi.. After I uninstall-reinstall-uninstall and reinstall again my nVidia driver, I got this error everytime I open my Adobe Photoshop... Anyone knows how to repair the monitor profile? Thanks Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/121307-how-to-fix-monitor-profile/ Share on other sites

MaddogMDD
i may be being too obvious, but did you try picking one and checking the "don't show again"? Hmm, the problem is... I don't know what will happen if I tick that (whether photoshop will use or ignore the profile).. This is very improtant, because if I choose to use it anyway, all the colors in photoshop will be different.. eg: white will become some sort of greenish... Everything will become so unnatural.. I've tried to reinstall the driver but no avail.. Anyone? dreamz Veteran Posted December 7, 2003 Veteran Share Posted December 7, 2003 are you using the default color scheme in photoshop? you don't need photoshop to calibrate your monitor if you're using some other app/program, like the nvidia drivers, to calibrate it. CoolCatBad
Well, in Win98 you bring up Display Properties/Settings/Advanced/Colour Management and Add Profile. There's a whole bunch of profiles to choose from. This might help- http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/digital...e/calibrate.asp Edited December 7, 2003 by Swampster Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/121307-how-to-fix-monitor-profile/#findComment-1445205 Share on other sites
