In the field Mexico was better until 75 min. But then, they retreat too early.

Nobody can deny that the Netherlands team had the guts to push to get the equalizer.
Mexico should have pushed to kill the match, they defended for 40 minutes and then they broke under the Orange Arjen Robben waves.

They had a missed call on Robben earlier in the game and Marquez shouldn't have stuck out his foot. There were plenty of defenders in the area and had he not stuck it out, there wouldn't have been a call and Mexico likely would've cleared it.  Mexico decided to sit back and ended up getting burned in the end.

What an ending to the game, Feel sorry for Mexio because they did battle it out - But had a fair bit of cash from Holland winning 2-1 and there being a penalty given, so cant complain!
