Problem with Youtube?

So I wasn't sure where to post this, so I just picked this forum so sorry if this is in the wrong place :(

 

All of a sudden as of a few days ago, I'm no longer receiving anymore emails from Youtube that someone/some channel I follow has uploaded a video or videos. I checked Youtube, and as far as I can tell no settings were changed as in, each channel I follow is still set to email on upload etc. I checked Gmail filters (nothing there) and now I'm stumped as to what is going on.

 

Is anyone else having this issue, or is it not an issue and I missed something that Google did recently? Or am I going insane? Or should I stop using Gmail? Help! (if anyone can)

im still getting notifications int he social tab in gmail

Yeah that's where I was getting them since they switched to that tabbed interface design. But I'm not getting anymore emails now, either there in social or anywhere else in gmail.
