Yup. Inivtes were unlimited, but access was not guaranteed and now they're slowing down the invite rate moreso.

With that in mind, I'll merge / close this topic as it'll only attract one post wonders again.

MS state that it's closed as it is at full capacity, so i doubt you'll get an invite unless they open it up again.

 

To get an invite you need to be on the friends list of someone in the program already, and they have to invite you from within the Preview Program app on the Xbox itself.

It is not possible to join the preview program. However, it will merge with Win10 insider program shortly:
