Before reporting a bad ad on Neowin, read this..

Your ads have been constantly redirecting me to norton and mcafee offerings, all day, different connections, different computers.

 

US, Windows 10, Edge-Chrome.

Yeah, I've been getting the same one. Sometimes it shows McAfee (same as the Norton ad). Says your subscription is expired or some nonsense.

It's particularly dangerous as a full page redirect and can't use back buttons to return to Neowin.

Which browser are you using? I've just taken a look in Chrome (on Android) and while I see the banner, it isn't overlapping the top bar.

Chrome, Android. It also scrolls with the page like a sticky nav.

Just got this problem ad twice on the same page.  Not only is the product in question a fairly well known scam (it's literally just a box with some LEDs in it), the image they use is downright dangerous...

Hahaha yeah when I complain about these ads, my advertiser says they won the bidding.. so they are paying to display that message is the only saving grace, lol.
