Like the Dan Reeves situation, I think everyone knew this was coming since early in the season. However, unlike Dan Reeves, Fassel asked to be allowed to coach the final 2 games of the year. Sometimes, you have to get a new coach, just to re-energize a team. Sad, but happends alot.
