MikeM97
1 USD = ~ 4 RON [ Romania's local coin ] ... It's a sad situation ... If they did that in Brazil , I wonder what they do here , in Romania ... Why are they still asking for our reason to not buy any of their product as long as they kill EU with those prices ? Why are they still asking for our reason to not buy any of their product as long as they kill EU with those prices ? EU territory has pretty much the same prices on electronics. As for Brazil... No one's forcing you to buy. Brazil is known for the immense prices on other electronic devices, such as PS4 for example.

Ironman273
The reason they raise prices is not because they're raising it for you, it's because of the currency exchange: If I took your old price of the Thunderbolt Display at R$ 5000 in September of last year (exchange at R$ 2.2/US$) the price in US$ is $2,272. Today the price at R$ 6,400 at today's exchange (R$ 3.10/US$) and you have a price of $2,064. You actually got a price drop. BTW, when I lived in Brazil the exchange rate was 5,000 Cruzeiros to a Dollar. Draconian Guppy and timster 2 Share
