How do you change the Windows 8.1 startup logo?

Gigabyte, ASUS and MSI offer tools to place your own boot logo within UEFI on most boards these days. OEM logos carry over to the Windows boot loader on Windows 8.x/10.

Can any boot screen logo be replaced with anything? Does this apply to OEM logos too?

@Tuskd, no, I tried 8oot logo changer, and it didn't work. Dell set their own image and I couldn't change it. I am running a Dell Inspiron 15 7000, but other experiences might be different. I think it is on a device by device basis (since we don't know what the OEM does to your computer beforehand.
