Blaze_Zewi
So my PSU fan just kick the bucket. No matter where I look, ebay or Amazon. There are no listing for 135mm with 2 pin (black / red connector). However both do list 135mm fan with 3 pin though Maybe the fan on my PSU are not replaceable? Using my Macyver skills, I install a 120mm on my PSU with zip tie. Untill I can find a replacement fan. BTW Its a HIPER HPU-4M880-PS TYPE M PSU bough it back in 2009. And its still kicking butts. I am looking at the EVGA Supernova 750W G2 if I decide to get a new PSU. Anyone has this PSU? Mind sharing your thoughts about it? This is the type of connector that is on my dead PSU fan. Tha Bloo Monkee
Buy fan with 3-pin connector, cut the end off, attach 2-pin connector by either stripping the wire and soldering the 2-pin connector (ideal) or just twist them together. Then use electrical tape, and done. The 3rd wire for 3-pin fans is the sensor so it knows how fast the fan spinning, so just leave it.
