So, I'm trying to changes the icons for the "Backwards/Forwards/Refresh". But I can seem to find the darn files to replace.

Those are embedded resources in explorerframe.dll. Obviously should have a backup on hand before editing that, just in case. Windows 7 I'm assuming? I usually just do it by hand but there's a third party tool that'll automate that for you too, "Navigation Button Customizer" I think it's called, if you want to go that route.

I can't seem to find the Navigation Button Customizer without all the extra crap. Not to mention, those specific images, aren't included =/

I used a resource checker, and it didn't have anything but the standard Windows ones :( Guess I might have to custom make them and add them.

Didn't know about the bundled crapware.. I just now tried it, installed it into a sandbox, was like 6 offers to decline (*facepalm*), but after that I just copied the actual program out of the sandbox, works fine.

Well yea you'll need to replace them with what you want, there's only the default ones, Explorer's resources are independent of whatever theme you're using. Note that they're under the bitmaps sections, not icons in that dll. If you have any third party extensions, for example ClassicShell, you'll have to check there for additional buttons that are added after the fact. A few sites like DeviantArt, etc has some pre-built explorerframes available too.
