For the current games on 1080p, it does excellent. Monitors are falling behind...I'm waiting patiently for 4k monitors to get better. Likewise. I play on a 42" at 1080. I'm waiting for 1440 or 4k monitors/TVs to get to 40"+ at decent quality. I know that, I'm just saying it's outdated for missing AMD's current top single GPU card. It seems worth mentioning (price and all) even if it's not in the chart, especially since the date of your update is post launch.
