I wonder if it's got something to do with the changes they might have done to scaling/DPI?   Are you guys running at 100% or at something higher?

Also, knowing MS, and how quick they've sped things up in this final stretch, I expect another build to hit fast ring before the weekend.

I can confirm the Chrome issue on a unit(Chrome stable) running 100% DPI scalling, and my SB(Chrome canary) that is on 150% has it as well.

Wow, I thought this would come tomorrow, for the weekend, but MS released it today.  Build 14379 is out!

just installed 14366 to "clean" a broken stable installation and it seems quite interesting.now i am being asked to update to 14372 (slow ring). is it any good? it's quite tiresome to update a whole installation for some minor changes

If it is quite tiresome to install new builds on a regular basis, maybe you should ask yourself if you're up to the Insider Program ;)

14372 is a better build over 14366, you might as well just upgrade/update to the newest build you can, just let it do it at night.

In addition to the previous comments, the update, if performed at night, doesn't perturb much if you enable the option in settings to: "Use my sign in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update."

I think part of the reason that we're not getting incremental patches is that the update system needs to be tested, and there's very little information and feedback about the build upgrade process that they get through normal day to day use.

Pretty bad so far. I get "Class Not Registered" when I try to open Edge or Windows Store and the start menu won't open at all.

had that happen once before, only a completely clean reinstall will fix it.

problem with all that new metro crap is once its breaks is almost impossible to fix.

What I did was roll back to the previous insider build and updated again and it was fine. The next two times I updated to newer builds I had the same exact issue. What I did find was that I was getting a virus warning after reboot when the update was installed. I wonder if Webroot AV was interfering with the update...

So I finally made the jump and installed the latest build on my main pc.

Installation went smooth. But after the update my computer would connect to my wireless network, but i could not get an internet connection.

I installed my Lenovo driver for the wireless which fixed the problem, but i still have to reboot my pc every time i connect to a different wireless network.

Is this one of the known problems?

I really enjoy Edge as a browser with an AdBlocker, scrolling is smooth and pages seem to load fairly quick. My only problem is that when i try to quote somebody on Neowin, the quoted text doesn't show up in the reply text box. Anybody else have this problem? And maybe a solution?

Everything also seems to be just a bit moor sluggish. Other than that i like the update so far

Still bummed over the removal of Messaging Everywhere. Sure, that's what us Insiders do, test features. However, they have promoted Messaging Everywhere for quite some time. The fact that they pull the plug BEFORE the Skype replacement is ready is ridiculous. I actually used the feature a lot.

Works for me if I put the cursor in the reply box before hitting quote.

Thanks for the tip, works perfect for me too.

So now the next problem i have is that sometimes liking a post works, sometimes it gives an error that i can't like the post of that user

Funny enough, if i refresh the page, the like was registered. The error message is just annoying

I just installed 14372 this morning (outside of quiet hours) and it went well.. had a mini heart attack until it finished installation in the desktop but seems ok for now:)

Well, there's a newer internal skype UWP in testing that probably has it, and I hear it's pretty good, so who knows?  Maybe it'll release when AU comes out as well?

Besides, am I wrong here, or was this something limited just to Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 desktop?    Like to get it to work from your Android phone doesn't it have to use Cortana?   I can't use Cortana in my locale/country to begin with so if that's the case I can't use that feature anyways.

Maybe it's because I'm still on the public TH2 version 1511 build but is quiet hours still something you have to manually set on and off or did they finally add settings for it so you can set a start and stop time?

i may have "misspelled" the hours.. so i have quiet hours but not sure if i can change the interval.. and active hours (what I meant earlier) where you can set when updates are not allowed to install.

Yea, for Android it has to go through Cortana, i.e. you have to have the Cortana app installed on your phone.

Is it just me, or is 64-bit Chrome (when maximized) cut off on the top and bottom (looks like they extend outside by a few pixels)?

No, you are definitely right.  Cut off by ~3-5 pixels maybe?

I still have that issue on today's build 14383

Just my guess here but one of these 1438x builds will probably end up as the final one.  I expect yet another build on Monday or Tuesday.
