Lenovo Y5070 freeze and unfreeze after some USB plugged off!

Hello Guys,

 

I've bought few weeks ago LENOVO 5070 brand new model

Initially I've installed Windows 10 and had weird issue:

Running browser,  music, youtube, out of no where  screen totally freeze, music continue play and i tried plug off the USB mouse and plug back where everything went normal again!

 

Then I formatted and installed win 8.1 all worked great for 2-3 weeks, today decided upgrade into latest official win 10 again and today two times already screen freeze up

until i plug off the USB mouse, moment mouse plugged off screen back to run and role.

 

I am out of ideas what could it be?

 

Please help

I did intel video card update via intel's updating tool.  Let's see if this issue repeats.
