can I change from enterprise edition to professtional edition

I initially had windows 10 pro running then I played around and accidentally changed my product key to an enterprise edition key. Windows 10 upgraded me without a hitch. But the reverse seems not to work. Windows 10 refuses to accept a pro edition key!

What is the easiest way back?
