Open file warning - How do I disable it?

Recommended Posts

How do I get rid of this annoying warning on ever file that I download, besides clicking unblock from the properties?

Your attachment appears to be broken. It's not loading for me.

Fixed it, not sure what happened.

start -> run -> gpedit.msc

user configuration -> administrative templates -> windows components -> attachment manager -> inclusion list for low (risk) file types

enable this policy setting and put there all extensions, for which you don't want the warning message to appear (e.g. .exe;.msi)
