Why did Microsoft get rid of the Guest account in WIndows 10?

It's still there, you need to go into lusrmgr.msc to enable it though.

It doesn't work for me. Once I enable it creates a user Guest. But once I log into Windows 10 using the guest account it keeps crashing.

You might need to reset your installation or do a clean install, it shouldn't behave like that.

Click the Start button, type guest in the search box and tap Turn guest account on .Click Guest in the Manage Accounts window.Choose Turn on.
