Mando
Plusnet ADSL 20mbit package, 60gb daytime cap 12-7am no limits ?10 a month. http://www.plus.net/broadband/ Normally sits around 14Mbit on a good day (line supports up to 16mbit) cant ever be bothered re-syncing router, 1.1-1.5Mb Sec downloads. Subsiduary of BT (so good QOS) and technical support are very helpful, been with them for years (since Cloud/Force9) ant praise them enough.
