Normally sits around 14Mbit on a good day (line supports up to 16mbit) cant ever be bothered re-syncing router, 1.1-1.5Mb Sec downloads.

Subsiduary of BT (so good QOS) and technical support are very helpful, been with them for years (since Cloud/Force9)
