Automatic Updates on Windows 10 Mobile?

Does Windows 10 Mobile have automatic updates like Windows 10 Home? Is there a way to turn off updates (both software update and app updates) on Windows 10 Mobile?

Windows 10 Mobile updates don't work like they do on Windows 10; mobile doesn't support patching.

App updates come from the store which you can control if they are automatically downloaded or not and OS update comes from Microsoft of the carrier.

If you're talking about the Windows Insider Program, yes http://www.windowscentral.com/stop-getting-insider-build-windows-10-mobile

Once Windows 10 Mobile is final, not sure.
