Hi Guys,

So I'm part of the slow ring for Windows 10 Pro, and my laptop received build 10565 today, after a painless install, which we've come to expect from Windows 10, I proceeded to log into my system, I immediately noticed a couple changes, most notably changes to the right click menus.

In Hyper-V, I also noticed a couple changes, such as Configuration Version 7 has been released, bringing goodies such as RemoteFX 3D, amongst many other changes.

Excitedly I proceeded to boot up my VM's, now something I must note, my VM's run on my beefy Dell E6540 laptop, but they all share my one ethernet connection.

Upon bootup I noticed that my guests did not get DHCP IP information, I also noticed the same on my host machine, even though nothing changed.

Upon checking the status of the Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter, one can see that it's not sending DHCP requests to the network, nor receiving anything. I also tried an external Gigabit Ethernet USB adapter, still no luck. I also dedicated the adapter to a VM, still nothing.

After spending over an hour fiddling, even trying to remove the Hyper-V role (which also fails), I decided to roll back to the earlier build.

The roll back system then warned me that a new user was created (Hyper-V created the RemoteFX user), after removing the user, and starting the rollback, the system rebooted, only to boot back into Build 10565. I tried this several times, no luck - nothing I do, can get the system to roll back.

I've had issues with my VMs losing network connectivity after EVERY build upgrade.  I just did a clean install from ISO of 10565, though, and haven't yet added the service and imported my VMs, so i can't check to see if it happened again this time.  In previous situations, I believe that I had to delete the virtual switch i had been using, and create a new one.
