Windows 10 Phone VPN Functionality

Has anyone been able to get the VPN to work in Windows Phone 10?  I know that the VPN support in the desktop Windows 10 is much less stable than was included in Windows 8, but presumably it should be the same functionality in the Mobile offering at this point?

I just get a bunch of seemingly random errors (Today 771), but I'm never able to connect.  It looks like it's going to for a time, but in the end it fails.

Has anyone had any luck with this?

As a follow up, I did get the VPN to connect on Friday, then it wouldn't connect all weekend, then again connected on Monday (No changes).  Now, I have experienced a lot of inconsistent connections with Windows 10 Desktop, so that didn't surprise me and I hope to see this fixed at some point.  It is rather frustrating...

I miss the reliability (And less than 12 step connection to a VPN found in Windows 8...  lol
