Question
xanonline
Hi guys,
I was hoping someone could help me with this odd problem I'm having in Outlook 2016. Basically, any HTML e-mail I receive doesn't "center" properly, and so it will show half of the e-mail and I have to use the scroll bar at the bottom to move right in order to read it all. I recently upgraded from Outlook 2013 and everything was fine for the first few weeks, and I'm not sure what happened. I just opened Outlook one day and it started doing this. Even if I open the e-mail in a new window, it still doesn't display correctly. With some e-mails, it screws up all the formatting etc.. Zooming in/out makes no difference either.
I've attached a couple of screenshots so you can see what I mean.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem, your help would be much appreciated!
